Quality is important to us and along with our commitment to abide by the REC Code of Professional Practice, we are in the process of acquiring ISO 9001 certification to keep and maintain the highest of standards that is reflected by the repeat business and PSL requests we receive.

Database
we have a vast database covering all vendors and technologies across Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America, Latin America, Asia and Pacific regions, our database is extensive, in many areas the worlds largest, up to date and tied into our advertising and search technology to ensure speedy delivery.

Consultant Knowledge
Our consultants have many years of experience in their chosen technology areas and know who the candidates are, who is available or about to become available and many candidates work through us exclusively due to our close relationships.

Advertising technology
We use technology where we advertise a role once, which is then automatically advertised on multiple Job Boards and numerous other sites instantly to make sure no corner is left untouched as different candidates use different sites and speed of delivery is key.

Search Technology, Job Boards & Linkedin
We also use technology which searches not only our own extensive database but also the Job Boards, Internet and Linkedin at the same time, again with the purpose of finding the best candidates quickly.

Referrals, mail shots and word of mouth
Using the above techniques we are able to cover 95% of the market. Our aim is to cover 100% and we mail shot candidates who have opted in to receive alerts and also speak with candidates who are not looking right now, as they also know the market and potential candidates who may be searching.

Candidate Screening
Candidate screening and suitability is a fundamental part of our role. Having identified suitable candidates, they are reference checked so you know they can do what they say they can, technically tested where possible to give you greater confidence in their abilities, and upon request we can also have the candidates CRB checked.
